WHAT IS AN "ESCAPE ROOM"?
An escape room is an immersive, physical adventure game where players solve a series of puzzles and riddles by gathering clues, hints, and hidden objects in order to solve an objective in a limited amount of time. Usually, in under 60 minutes.
WILL I ACTUALLY BE LOCKED INSIDE OF A ROOM?
No. You will never actually be trapped in any of our rooms. All games include a lit emergency exit and are compliant with building safety and fire codes.
WILL I BE IN A ROOM WITH PEOPLE I DON’T KNOW?
No. All games are private and you will only play with your group!
IS IT SCARY? ARE THERE ACTORS INSIDE THE ROOM?
Escape rooms are not inherently scary, it all depends on the theme. Some rooms may have a scary theme and we intend on it being a bit scary. Other rooms are more whimsical. There are no actors in the rooms and you are never in any real danger. If you are concerned about a horror themed room we also provide more family friendly options. Please contact us if you'd like further information.
ARE ALL ROOMS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Under age of 10 are not recommended, but are welcome to join their family. Please call with any questions or concerns. Children 13 and under need a parent present at all times inside the room. Check that your chosen game is a family friendly theme before booking. You will need to purchase an Adult ticket for any child that will not be held or in a carrier for the entire duration of the game.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please show up 15 minutes prior to the start of your adventure to allow for a short briefing and questions. The timer will start promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals will result in less time to complete your experience.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE GROUPS LARGER THAN THE LISTED AMOUNT?
Yes! We recommend group size for the best experience, however, if you would like to add more people to your group please contact us ahead and we can accommodate.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refunds will be given for any reason within 24 hours of the start of your game. If you need to make changes to your reservation or you would like to add more players to your game, please contact us at (805) 765-2372. We cannot guarantee that your request can be accommodated, but we will always try our best. Extra charges may apply for changes made to your reservation.
HOW DO I BOOK A TICKET FOR MY CHILD?
All players of all ages are full price. You will need to purchase an Adult ticket for all children who are participating in the escape room. Babies and toddlers that are either held or in a carrier the whole game are allowed to enter without charge.
